The History of ReadyStageMove™…

POSSE had been specializing in residential organizing since 2005 in and around northern New Jersey. Besides Private Organizing and her Clutter Corrals™, Jean Marie was working with clients, Realtors® and stagers  who wanted the “whole house” organized for the sake of selling and moving. Thoroughly enjoying these projects and systematizing the organizing process lead to becoming a founding member of Ready Stage Move, LLC.

Once upon a time in New Jersey, a Professional Organizer, a REALTOR®, and a Home Staging Specialist came together and developed a synergistic approach to getting a home sold. Together they realized that their passions and methodologies, when combined, would allow home sellers to minimize their stress and, at the same time, maximize the return on their most important investment — their house. They called this team approach . . . ReadyStageMove™

Today at ReadyStageMove™…


Today, Bernadette Flaim, Accredited Home Stager, manages the company Ready Stage Move. Both POSSE and ReadyStageMove™ often work on client and Realtor® projects together combining both organizing and staging services. They provide consultations and packages for both homeowners and real estate agents looking to increase their profits on property sales.

Besides assisting property owners and agents with the “designed to sell” preparedness, RSM™ also provides services for those people who are not moving but simply want to live in an orderly and beautifully designed home. We call this our “designed to dwell” offerings. Both types of packages can be found  here.

These photos were taken from a home RSM™ prepared for sale. The REALTOR® told us that in this NJ town the average days on market for a single family house was 67 and our RSM™ house sold in 12 days for FULL PRICE. Prep is everything he said. We agree…
